Catching up!
My blog was not cooperating for a while, I even had Lisa try and help me! So I stayed a way for awhile- and hadn't been checking anyone elses either- so i have been missing out! We have had some birthdays in our family- Hallie finished preschool- been finishing our yard, and finally have a driveway- been vacationing at the cabin- and having fun with cousins!
Hallie loved school, but is happy for a break! I guess she'll be let down if she thinks Ella, Claire and I are having all the fun without her while she's at school! She said on the way to a friend's house, after her last day of school "Now my days are free to do what I want with them! I can go to play at friends' houses, and got to the grocery store now!" Playing, doing crafts, and singing must be so stressful! She loves friends, and all her cousins!
Ella turned 3! She had a great party with lots of little friends- a Tinkerbell Party! She of course got spoiled from grandmas and grandpas, aunts and uncles, and cousins too! She has a lot of new 'special' things- which means she can't possibly share them- they are too 'special'! She is a lucky girl, and we are so lucky to have her- her face lights up the room! She is full of love and energy, and sweet to snuggle. She is my greatest Mother's Day present.
Claire is so loveable. She is almost always happy and sweet, and smiling! She loves her big sisters, although she does 'brace' herself as they come charging at her for a kiss, or to make her laugh! She is a joy for us to have in our home. The other girls do fight, and get jealous, but never at her, or about her- they love her to pieces.
Peter is busy working in the yard, and riding his bikes- preparing for his races! He loves being outside with the girls! They love riding bikes, jumping in the trampoline, and playing at our park in our backyard that he built for them! We had a wiener roast and Smores tonight in our backyard fire pit for the first time tonight. The girls thought it was so great! He loves finding hikes and adventures to take his girls on - and they love it! They are troopers!
I 'll try and keep up with this now that it's working again! Hopefully my pictures will work! This feels a bit like a Christmas letter (that I never do)!
